Popular Post shimind Posted Tuesday at 08:23 AM Popular Post Posted Tuesday at 08:23 AM Lowkey don't want even a single collab on the album. Let it be a pure solo album like born this way. 15 1

Jack! Posted Tuesday at 11:31 AM Posted Tuesday at 11:31 AM What I took from what she said about the first few tracks is that they'll be the dark pop, typical Gaga-esque songs we've come to know and love from her. She alluded to Disease being at the start of the tracklist/opening the album (but she might have meant opening the era i.e. being the lead single) so you'll think that'll be the direction the album goes, but she clearly switches it up later in the tracklist. 7

Puttanesca Posted Tuesday at 12:51 PM Posted Tuesday at 12:51 PM What I took from her words is that the album starts off with dark pop and then transitions to jazz. 6
Artur Posted Tuesday at 12:52 PM Posted Tuesday at 12:52 PM Soooo, the biggest Brazilian liddo fanpage just received a "secret mission" to find the guy responsible for one of the biggest memes of the time Godga cancelled her Rock In Rio show. If this comes from her team and they are planning to somehow use the huge viral memes to create hype and market her Copacabana show... yeah. They are taking it. 8

Only the 3 biggest Kendrick songs off his last album + Mariah are ahead of it. And only one other non-Kendrick and non-Christmas song is in the top 10 (Sticky by Tyler the Creator). 1

Artur Posted Tuesday at 12:59 PM Posted Tuesday at 12:59 PM 81 days at #1 is insane. Please please please break the record next. Just two more months.
Aston Martin Posted Tuesday at 01:03 PM Posted Tuesday at 01:03 PM Days at #1 on Global Spotify: Dance Monkey - 120 days Rockstar (Post Malone) - 114 days Senorita - 103 days One Dance & Despacito (remix) - 101 days Shape of You - 98 days Stay - 84 days Blinding Lights, Flowers, & Closer - 82 days As It Was & Die with a Smile (+1) - 81 days We've now tied As It Was (the biggest hit of 2022), and hopefully tomorrow we can tie BL, Flowers, and Closer. If we can hold the #1 until Friday's update then DWAS will have the most days at #1 of any 2020s song. 14

Yeah, I interpreted it in the same way. "When you press play, after the first few songs, you think you know what you're getting into, but then, you don't." (...) "There's one song I'm thinking of in particular that I'm very excited for the fans to hear. It was the very first song we wrote for this album and it's like, hard hitting beats and those big sweeping Queen vocals and some Bowie guitars" (...) "There's moments where we are sonically doing things that like… we're just trying to push sound as much as possible. There's other moments where it's all about love and it's super dreamy." The part about "love and super dreamy" screams Garden Of Eden Tbh, I think the first tracks will have a heavy vibe, similar to Disease, followed by a more "dreamy" section, much like Garden of Eden. She described the album as a full experience of chaos and a party. Considering how happy and in love she is, I bet her version of chaos ultimately lands in a sweet spot. 2
Artur Posted Tuesday at 01:08 PM Posted Tuesday at 01:08 PM (edited) There is no way they will not perform DWAS at the Grammys, right? The Recording Academy is probably begging for it. And it would be such a nice to way to close the DWAS era (and gather a few more days at #1). A huge, classic performance. Only problem is LG7 era right in between (but maybe it can be helpful for its overall numbers?) Maybe queen can blackmail them by saying she will only perform it if she can also promote LG7 there. Didn't Dua perform two songs last year? And training season wasn't even out by then 2
Aston Martin Posted Tuesday at 01:24 PM Posted Tuesday at 01:24 PM In addition to that awesome Spotify Global update, US Spotify: 7. Die with a Smile (+3): 1,552,241 Two Kendrick songs and four Christmas songs are ahead of it. 6

Aston Martin Posted Tuesday at 01:46 PM Posted Tuesday at 01:46 PM The DWAS MV is at 390 million views. It'll be hitting 400 million in a few days. DWAS is at 765 million plays on Youtube Music overall. 4
Namiskine Posted Tuesday at 01:56 PM Posted Tuesday at 01:56 PM That interview was so cute and interesting! She's really so happy, creative and passionate about making pop music again (take that, doubters!), and everytime we hear about Michael makes me appreciate him even more. I love her so much and can't wait for everything 2025 has to offer However, looks like we need to close ATRL to be spoiled. Should we sacrifice our cute community?
