We lost at least 5 points because of that. And we can also blame Interscope for being useless! This #1 was in reach and they didn't do enough. 2 1
Colmillo Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago The fact that radio still holds so much weight in 2024 should be a crime tbh 1

ElectricStyle Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago The stan in me is terrified for LG7's chart position but oh well…… as long as the music is good who gaf
Peak Now Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago The way two of my faves have songs robbed from #1... iconic behavior if you ask me
Blade Runner Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago And you know the Grammy's performance is going to be some boring ass sh*t. We already know you can sing, Gaga. Stop being lame. Anyways, rant over.
Spicy Pisces Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago After that article with the Interscope executive I wonder what does her team take from all of this. They relied on JFAD, and everything went down with it. Remember only Atlantic was doing more promo, Interscope reacted when it was getting steam. 2

Denim Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I definitely am upset, especially since so many accounts predicted it'd be #1, but we will get over it soon. The massive amounts of success this is having triumphs any peak. also, there is a non-zero chance this becomes the first song to go #1 after Christmas songs get their turn
DawnAnti Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I don't understand why some gaga stans are crying about charts , when some artists reach some level in their career , they are no longer mesured by their single's chart position or streams , but with the quality of the projects they put out and this the case of gaga , she has literally NOTHING left to prove, so enjoy what she is planning instead of complaining 24/7 and who cares she has literally one of the best selling songs currently dwtas so 2 1

Tovitov Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Not burning my stan card. Just putting it away again. I'm too old to be pressed about Gaga's smash single only reaching number 2. Hopefully I can find it again when LG7 releases in February.

Interscope should've aimed for Disease to peak in its first week. That's what every label does. You cannot force longevity and as seen with Disease it would've been better to have a bigger first week with the song and video coming out at the same time with the performances spread out throughout the week. Now they have a flop peak and flop longevity. 7 1
Human Fly Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Cant tell why but sometime in late 2021 and early 2022 she lost a lot of fans. And they never came back to fully support her. We didnt really realize up until Disease release because most of her hits in between was driven by GP and tiktok hype such as Bloody Mary and Die With a Smile. Even tho signals were just right there with Hold My Hand, Happy Mistake , Harlequin , Love For Sale being total flops in their first weeks. Now Disease also joins them. I'm scared for Lg7. She better be aware her numbers will be very low. 1
Mikeymoonshine Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago What even happened to US monsters? You guys have had two decent shots at making this song number 1. This one the difference was tiny.
bitchfit Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago LG7 will be fine but Interscope need to learn she isn't selling on name alone. She's gotta get preorders up and promo promo promo 3 2
Tovitov Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Some of those posts in the chart thread are really making me consider deleting my account here. Sometimes I think it's just cute little drags, but sometimes it seems like serious mental illness
