Spicy Pisces Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago A panned #1 movie An acclaimed #2 song Put your paws up-side down 9
Andraslop Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago (edited) The fact that the last time this fanbase really won was 6 years ago with ASIB. Since then, everything has been a disappointment or a lukewarm reception. Chromatica era → Mess L4S era → Indifferent HOG → Mid film and oscar snub Hold My Hand → Meh JFAD → Literally biggest bomb of the century Disease → Literally her biggest bomb as a single DWAS → Smash but insufferable peaks Edited 3 hours ago by Andraslop 5 3

It is undeniable that people lost interest in "stanning" her because it felt like a losing investment. She just wasn't giving them what they needed + we are getting older 1
duybeeGAshantiGA Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago (edited) One of the worst years to be a Liddo tbh. It's terrible because our dreams and expectations keep getting crushed. It'a worse than a straight up bad year if you get what I mean. We have been set up many times just to be disappointed this year. Edited 3 hours ago by duybeeGAshantiGA 1 1 1

In fact, it may go down as her biggest song period. Easily biggest since bad romance.
Almodusa Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Well Kendrick will be blocking that song next week, which lost all its CMA noms

FameFatale Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Well at least it stayed stable all these months But now it's time for the Kendrick bomb and Christmas freeze. Time to move on to LG7 next year...
Konril Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago At this point I'm not expecting a Top 5 debut for LG7 due to US Liddos non-existence and her continued bad luck.

Sincerely, I'd rather prefer that everything with JFAD went as planned (box office smash+critical acclaimed), than DWAS smashing. Honestly, JFAD backlash will have way bigger impact on Gaga's career than DWAS. Or in other words, JFAD's success would have helped Gaga's career way more than DWAS smashing will. So we lost. lgaga1fan Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Sad but also like idrc. Maybe it can rebound in January when the charts are inevitably dead atp. Interscope better pay for that Bar Song level payola on radio for it to happen or make Gaga and Bruno perform it at a new years event. 2

I'm sorry but in what world is one of the biggest hits of her career *only* peaking at #2 some disaster Like I get that the peak is nice but literally no one in the real world cares. It going #1 for a single week isn't going to make it more or less of a hit outside of terminally online stan spaces that still talk about Britney, Xtina, Katy, and Madonna like they're still relevant. Joker was a mess but there are some lessons to be learned there. Mainly that she needs to be more prolific in her acting career and focus on doing more non-musical roles. And the movie will serve underrated cult following reappraisal in about 10-15 years. It was too conceptual and subversive for the basic GP. 4
Konril Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Honestly, with all the things going wrong with her in 2024, I'm taking this #2 with a smile.

Human Fly Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago You can blame AC radio for completely dropping new songs to play 80 years old xmas songs. We lost at least 5 points because of that. 6
