Yeah the Swifties have been doing it in the Disease thread as well. I get why the Beyhive would drag because of the "Bey can't score solo hits" and Telephone and KatyKats of course but the Swifties continue to be pressed for no apparent reason.

Really? I feel the exact opposite.

 

Disease is honestly one of her first non-acoustic/rock songs I can hear her band nailing live. I have a problem with a lot of her live arrangements because they don't do the original track justice—think Alice at CBT.

 

Disease sounds like it was made with live instruments and analog synths in the studio. It's going to kill live.

same sis  I actually bought tickets to the Montreal date for Joanne world tour, took a 3 hour bus ride to montreal and then she cancelled while she was there due to a cold  and then she threw pizza at us from her balcony as a "sorry" (which i couldnt even enjoy because i didn't know she was in the actual city itself so i was already on my way back home)

Arenas are always more fun, cause artist is more up close, there is a roof so production is more rich. Madonna did arenas only for Celebration tour so I hope she does another arena tour at some point, but she might do stadiums again. She tested waters with TCB.

If it's a stadium tour, I'm just hoping it'll be football stadiums and NOT baseball stadiums…

 

I kind of feel like she might do what P!nk did: a mix of both stadiums and arenas. I don't think she should do that, it should be one or the other. But at the same time, I feel like in some (Midwest/yeehaw) cities, a stadium could be too big.

Am I the only one who thinks her tour should be a greatest hits tour or more like a greatest eras tour like Taylor is doing? I would love to delve into each era without interruption with several songs, have the aesthetic change each time. A typical tour with a regular setlist when she can do an Eras-like tour would be a waste in a way. I'd see her regardless don't get me wrong but I feel like if she's doing all-stadiums now is the time to do such a tour. I would absolutely rather have that.

I rather she took me through each era like Taylor does, with the aesthetic/set changes, than creating a storyline to fit a setlist. But honestly, Gaga's discography has more range and is much more challenging in vocals, production and choreography. I don't mean this as shade to Taylor but there's a reason only she can pull 3+ hour long shows with 40 songs built into 10 acts
