gaga: im going back to my roots and making music like i used to, its unserious and fun and you'll have a great time

this base: so why can't you tell us about all of your drug use and 3 ex fiance's on a 10 track album?

the number of obtuse takes in this base is truly concerning i hope she never ever listens to some of yall because there are some awful awful opinions up in here

Her describing it as "unserious and fun" is concerning.

she normally puts her heart and soul into her album but that + the fact her fiancé asked her to make a pop album makes me worried LG7 will seem like an impersonal side project that feels disconnected from who Gaga is as an artist, or even as a human being.

though I agree that people in here do need to go touch grass, in what world does "various fantasies and escapes" mean that she's not gonna sing about personal stuff..... Her inner demons, fantasies, methods of escapism, and her inner world are *all* explicitly personal. the reading comprehension on the internet is at an all time low, open the schools istg

The more she talks about this record the more it's feeling like a grown up TFM. Similar themes of darkness, each song being its own singular story... it all feels pretty connected.

I don't think so, not with how she's described Disease and how passionate she seems about the song. In fact, I don't remember when was the last time she was living so much for a song, yeeears ago for sure :rip:

I think she's just in a much better place now, and she's really enjoying this, while getting creative and personal to some extent, because she can't help it :heart2:

Girl it means the album is not heavy :rip:

Which honestly, for her, is a breath of fresh air since she's been down in the trenches emotionally since 2012 :rip:

Yeah I think #2 is as high as DWAS is going. It's so close and they've done nothing this week - it isn't hard to throw out another digital version or push the physicals again.
