Yup, the only English songs in the global top 20 on Youtube are APT (and that's also a KPOP song and those still do well on YT), DWAS, BOAF, and Beautiful Things. All are among the biggest hits of the year. So you really have to have a smash for it to pull amazing views, because Youtube is dead to English songs otherwise.
