Well helloo! Lets celebrate that. 
Because AC radio will soon drop DWAS completely and will heavy play xmas songs. (ofc they'll play DWAS again after xmas) 

I remember Flowers losing all of its 20M AC airplay in december and gain them back quickly in January.

Hopefully radio won't care about its streaming numbers and still support it tho. I mean Stargazing is pretty much doing the same number on streaming like Disease and that song is looking to go top 3 or even top 1 on pop radio.

If it stays at #1 for the rest of the month before the Christmas freeze takes over (which is completely possible), then that would put the song at 84 days at #1. That would put at #7 on this list (#8 would be a tie between Blinding Lights, Flowers, and Closer and #6 would be Shape of You).

DWAS' radio update today is SOOOOOOOO good. It's coming for #1, those who doubted me will be proven wrong.

 

Also, Z100 played disease EIGHT. Yes. EIGHT times yesterday...

 

At this point I think they just love the song like I do cause LOL I love the faith they have in it but I fear z100 is its only true cheerleader at the radio station level.

 

Also they only played DWAS 5 times yesterday. While I love disease more than DWAS, at this point I think the priority should be getting DWAS to #1, I'd kinda rather those 8 disease plays converted into DWAS, putting it into semi power rotation...

 

But I'm happy either way and happy to see the biggest radio station in the USA support LG7's lead, its a REALLY good sign for anyone who says gaga/solo gaga is over on radio.
