just looked at SL spotify chart performance and i forgot how terrible it was  Disease is holding up so much better despite lame attempts from OGHs to drag

I would love for Disease to do better since it is the better song, but unfortunately, it's really not so far.

 

You can't compared the actual number of streams (where it is doing about the same at this point in its run) because Spotify has grown a lot since 2020, so you have to look at their positions, where Stupid Love did significantly better thus far.

My guess is they thought the movie would be received well and do well with a long run to keep her name in the news for October-December + awards season () and then drop the album in Feb but it didn't work out that way, sadly.

If it has been pushed ahead, I'm guessing it'll be released in January (or the 1st week of February). Releasing it this or next month would be DoA due to the Christmas freeze.

Tomorrow's update is expected to have about the same number of songs decreasing as increasing and those will both be small anywhere between 1%-5%. So a decrease above 10% will be tragic. It can either rise a bit in positions or drop some spots. Anything I mentioned beside the disastrous 10%+ decrease will be a stable sign for Disease so KEEP STREAMING!!!!!!!!!

mess, you are right! i was looking at kworb and for some reason their charts are cut so i was looking at SL stats from June 2020
