I wonder why she changed her technique during those sessions. She sounded like her usual self on Damita Jo even while working with multiple different producers. I like the production. I like the harmonies. Her voice was definitely deeper on 20 Y.O. than Damita Jo and I liked how she used her lower register on "there are no boundaries to what we do" and the bridge.
