Machete Posted November 19, 2022 Posted November 19, 2022 I hope she doesn't put WAP/Up on the "standard" album for 2 reasons: 1. Will give it less tracks, which is a good thing tbh. One of the reasons why IOP was so ACCLAIMED was that it was a concise 13 track album, in the era of +20 track filler full trap albums. She had everyone gagged. 2. If let's say she settles on another 13-track album, I would much rather all the 13 tracks being new, rather than only 11 new songs because 2 of them are WAP/Up. Releasing a deluxe with WAP/Up will still give us the units benefit, but critics don't review deluxe albums.

Let's give the girls something to really SEETHE about. If she wants to include Hot Sh*t, that would be fine, make it 16 tracks and we still get 13 new tracks.

I also think she can pull off a double album, too considering she recorded 60 songs and it would be the first to do it. Not all long albums are filled with filler and Cardi could serve 18 hot new tracks easily. I just want to know what she and the label plan to do with Money, Press, Please me and Hot ish. I still think they can add Money onto IOP at some point but the others can go on a EP with new songs after CB2.

At minimum 5x platinum should be the next cert. If all numbers are not included than it should approach and probably reach 6x platinum after the CB2 era.

To think what the era what would done if she would have carried it into 2019 and didn't stop promo after the AMAs in 2018.
