She's basically said she doesn't care about us so I don't know why this is a surprise to y'all still  Do I think she's appreciative of the support? Yes. But she's basically told us this is a transactional relationship: She gives us phenomenal music and tours, we pay for it. No one is making anyone buy all the merch. I for one learned my lesson and will not be spending money on it going forward, but I'm not pissed about it.

No offense but I hate this argument. After 4 she went on to create two fantastic albums and did nothing to capitalize off it. There was no need to let chart success die when the world was literally at the palm of her hands. She could have had BOTH tour and charts and still built her legacy. Like hello have you not heard of Madonna and Michael? One thing they would never do is not focus on a hit. Prince wouldn’t either.

I get it. I think 4 took the wind out of her sails in terms of promotion, etc. but we also can't forget the psychological torment she was subjected to regarding her pregnancy. If you were to ask her, I'd say that was one of the worst moments of her career just behind or on par with the DC breakup.

You know why 4 stood the test of time, because she stood by the album and still sent songs to radio. They probably didn't buy the songs, but they heard them and now that music is more available than ever they listen to the songs all the time. There's a reason why "4lop" is her most successful era post Mathew.

I was so admirative of Drake's socks until I realize they all received that. They received fancy packages with beautiful socks and some other custom items for free. That's so cool. Those socks are so cool and they look like quality. 

And that had me thinking, what do we get for our money : a lazy shitty all black box, with an awful cartoon poster and a 1-dollar T-shirt that is already falling apart. Not to mention it came late and had double fees for some of us. 

 

The reasoning also doesn't make sense when she's been putting high-budget commercials for Ivy Park every six months and pushing it every where. Even in France, where I haven't seen a video of hers on TV since RTW. IVP has TV spots, huge Instagram compaigns, huge push on IG, she posted it on all her socials and her IG is literally her either poing as an influencer or IVP's promotion. it is promoted to hell and back! Does it not feel like a sacrifice when it likes directly in her pockets? 

and that's why I haven't bought IVY FART since Flop 2, and never will again. she pushes the hell out of that ugly brand on her social media only to barely lift a finger for an album after 3 weeks.

every time Beyonce makes a public appearance...there's always some drama. the body language experts are out, the "high" allegations begin, the medical diagnoses and autism specialists start pouring in. lets not forget the plastic surgery reports and the speech pathologists giving their 2 cents. please god...don't let her have any type of human facial expression that's not a smile at all times.

And it's very telling of the level of EQ when people need to resort to insults. Funny enough because some of you are so far up her rectum that you eat and smell ****, so you would know about pestering. 

 

For the other logical debate going about 4 : it thrived because it was promoted to hell and back and was on radio. Everyone was exposed to those songs and knows them. Lemonade which is way more recent, happened during the streaming era is sometimes pulling half of its daily streams. I hope they will eventually go up.
