How is it not "Flowers" this year? Just hasn't gotten certified properly?

It's eligible for 5x Platinum but it hasn't been certified yet

You can try this one for the certifications - not so easy to get the most certified per year.

But the lists go down to 6x Platinum, so most of the recent years, at least 2000s/2010s should be in there.
