You say this like American artists release Spanish EPs every day:rip: even an artist like Kali Uchis managed to make her Spanish album chart

EP is not an album.  :clown: Considering who you stan i shouldn't expect you to understand, yet here i am.

So? EPs chart too. Xtina featured some of the BIGGEST names in Spanish music on her EP and not even that could help her land a cute little Billboard 200 entry :bibliahh:

I remember one of her fans quickly making a thread about KC’s newest Christmas album debuting at #63 on Halloween week (later climbing higher) …

Not here to make fun of her, but that’s why sometimes you should just be nice.

Christina has next to no goodwill in the public eye, especially in light of #FreeBritney. And her stans consistently come online with the biggest egos and embarrassing lack of humility time and time again, even though Christina’s career is on an unstoppable downward trajectory.

Spanish EP's rarely chart. That's what you don't understand. Even Maluma's EP didn't chart and he's huge in Spanish music.

Xtina is an AMERICAN artist. Maluma is not. He's not expected to chart in the US because that's not his home country nor his biggest market. You really down horrible and running out of excuses.

Maluma has been over here for a while, people only claim his looks.

So did Britney's 3 EP's, no matter what they are, they are EP's.  Just like La Fuerza. And they bombed when she was in her prime, embarrassing if you ask me. :clown:

Stan wars aside, i was kind of expecting Pa Mis Muchachas or Santo to make some noise. Her last spanish single did well, i wasn't expecting Latinos to ignore her especially with Ozuna on a single.

At least she's back to working on music and that's what matters to fans.

1. Wait? You’re expected to chart in your home country just because you’re from that home country? No matter what language you speak? Then why didn’t Avrils mandarin version of Girlfriend chart in Canada? Idgi

2. It’s kind of weirdly gate keepy to say it’s chasing a trend to want to sing in the language that both your parents speak and grew up listening to but anything for stan wars I guess. Wanting to feel closer to your heritage is chasing trends I guess. What’s next? You wanna tell me second generation Korean Americans who listen to kpop are phonies?

They weren't available to buy separately.... :toofunny3: You had to buy the damn DVDs and the remix sampler was promo only. But speaking of EPs..

Not this limited edition EP from 2020 charting (and outselling) Xtina :bibliahh:

wtf is this? Britney released an EP in 2020?! I feel like I failed as a stan :skull:

That was from vinyl sales from a record store day exclusive…not even released digitally or on streaming :rip:

I- :deadbanana4: Not even gonna bother entertaining that

2. Xtina doesn't speak Spanish and clearly can't be bothered to learn the language given by her awful pronunciation and the fact she can't even hold a conversation in said language. You're acting like she was actually born in Latin America or something... :toofunny3: I don't think I have to remind you she's a white woman who grew up in the suburbs. Releasing reggaeton songs and working with hot Latin acts who are half her age like Ozuna, Becky G and Nathy Peluso is DEFINITELY trend chasing. Who are you kidding? She's clearly trying hard for a hit. :bibliahh:

Just saw it online, how did I not know about this. :rip:

Also, apparently it could’ve even sold more because limited amount of copies were made less than 10K iirc :deadbanana4:

I quick half a million dollar cashgrab for trash RCA :skull:

Not the Britney fans acting up in every Xtina thread as if she’s on top of the charts right now lol

Hate to break it to you but both are absolutely done commercially and posting some random Britney ep charting at #199 for a week won’t change that

ot: she had no physicals out and it was just a short ep, y’all (the Britney army or whatever they’re called) do too much. Maybe put the same energy onto your faves music

Britney hasn’t released anything new since 2016, on what planet would she be charting anywhere near the top of any chart six years later? That’s not how pop music works. Let’s stay OT anyway, even though I know it’s humiliating for you guys.

Tell me you don’t know much about the immigrant experience/don’t know many first generation POC without telling me you don’t know much about the immigrant experience/:9&5 know many first generation POC challenge

You know both her parents speak fluent Spanish right? Her mom literally teaches Spanish. Its literally so common for immigrants to not teach their kids their native tongue to assimilate. It’s kind of racist how you’re literally trying to white wash Xtina’s heritage for stan wars. How low won’t you go tbh. Do you even know what Xtina’s father looks like? He is clearly not white.

also death at you thinking Xtina needs to specifically look for rappers in their 40s to prove her heritage to a Britney stan :bibliahh:

Are you seriously calling Christina a person of colour? Are you not aware that Latino and Latinas can be fully white? I hate to break it to you but her Latino dad looks like a direct descendant of a conquistador and her mom is as white as they come :rip:

If Christina wants to claim her Latina heritage, that’s her prerogative I guess. However, she is a blonde hair, blue eyes, white skinned woman who can’t speak Spanish, and has never lived in Latin America. I think people have the right to side-eye when she suddenly releases a Spanish-language album when Latin music had begun to take off on streaming. Especially when she’s attempting ranchera music when she has absolutely no connection to Mexico (Latin America is not a monolith).
