shelven Posted November 10, 2021 Posted November 10, 2021 @wehavetostanbecomes the second player ever since we started tracking this stuff to get 20+ Top 10 spoons in a season but not make the Top 10 (the first being traumatized icon @PinkBoxin LS7) and also ties the record for most Top 5 spoons in a season for a player who didn't make the Top 10 with 14 (the other player being he-will-kill-me-if-I-tag-him MAKSIM)

The victim's username contains more letters than the killer’s name. This eliminates Hug immediately, since 3 letters is less than any killer. 2. The killer chosen by one of the 5 potential victims during Rotating Rankings did not commit the crime; nor did their selector perish. This eliminates the banshee, as she was chosen by Jay-Zicario. Jay is thus also eliminated from the list. 3. Only if jqnetto is the victim, then is the weapon not made of metal. After solving clues 9 and 7, you now know jqnetto is not the victim. Thus, the weapon is NOT the one lacking metal. Poison can be eliminated, thus leaving pitchfork, scythe, and sword. 4. In mythology, the killer is typically depicted as the same gender as the empousa. The empousa is female; this eliminates the cyclops and werewolf, which are typically presented as male. Medusa and Siren remain. 5. If Future Lover is the victim, then the murder location starts with G. Once you solve clue 7 and 10, you know that Future Lover is the victim. That means the location is either Gluttony or Greed. Fraud can be eliminated. However, Greed has also been eliminated in clue 8, so that means the location is Gluttony. 6. The murder weapon shares the same first letter as another option for the murder weapon. This eliminates "axe", as no other options started with the letter A. The two "P" weapons and two "S" weapons are still valid. 7. Only if the killer has five letters in their name, is the victim someone with a single word username. Once you get through clue 9 and identify the killer, you now know that they do NOT have 5 letters in their name. Thus, the remaining single word victim option (jqnetto) is not going to be the victim -> this allows you to circle back to clue #3. Future Lover and touya kinomoto remain as victims options. 8. The location was not one that was haunted by any spirits in the first three chapters of the Circles of Hell, including a curse transfer. Lust was haunted in chapter 1, so that is eliminated. Greed was haunted in chapter 2 by M A R N's curse transfer, so that is eliminated. Violence was haunted in chapter 3, so that is eliminated. Only gluttony and fraud remain. 9. The killer did not place in the top half of the rotating rankings challenge. This eliminates the rankings winner, the Siren. The only killer left is Medusa -> circle back to clue #7. 10. The victim did not win a challenge this season. This eliminates touya kinomoto. Since the others have also been eliminated, it confirms that Future Lover is the victim. -> Circle back to clue #5 11. Only if the location was never haunted by the spirits (i.e. one of the remaining 3 locations), does the weapon have the letter O in its name. The only location option that was never haunted was FRAUD. That was eliminated in clue 5, meaning that the weapon does not have the letter O in its name. Pitchfork and Sword are thus eliminated, meaning Scythe is the weapon.
