geodancefreak Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 I adore Please Don't Touch and Susie Save Your Love Cape God is indeed extremely underrated, I have even seen it in some "worst of 2020" lists on here, and I was like "no way, this album is perfect"
K$Ellie Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 Virile was nice from what I remember but that album DRAGGED Jojo also sucks ASS but Please Don't Touch and Come Over are very cute among the best on those 2 albums Susie Save Your Love one of the few standouts on Allie's album Mitski's impact! 20 hours ago, BlackoutZone said: I'm treating Star as a gift for the fans since we got them to BB underperforming on your list I mean
Sunderland 4ever Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 RAYE has got a great voice. Thanks for the recommendation!
ikiru Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 living for all this raye acclaim! susie save your love is really one of the only few songs I remember from that album, the album wasn't terrible just really forgettable
Moonlightbae Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 Please Don't Touch & Come Over pop excellence Comeback
mokitsu Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 21 hours ago, BlackoutZone said: I was debating which song from RAYE's new great euphoric pop project should make the list and Please Don't Touch seems to be the one, but like... literally any other song apart from All Dressed Up could be there on some other day, she gave me exactly what I wanted with this little album. A song (and video) that got me into Moses and even though the album was great it still remains the strongest singular track. His vibrant vocals nearly work as an instrument here, amazing track. Some of the tracks on this list feel more like representatives of their respective projects with RAYE being a good example. Come Over also is one! Dagny's whole album was an amazing, quite cohesive piece of scandi-pop. I don't really know which song of it to put as an ultimate highlight as nearly all are great, but Come Over has the most plays and was a perfect lead choice. Good I just mentioned that some tracks on my list are more of representatives of their full projects rather just singular stand outs, cause Comeback is yet another one. I won't start on how great good to know is, cause y'all hate it anyway, but Comeback is an undeniable highlight and most sexually intense track, loving that! Man was also a close one to make a list. I noticed Cape God is very underrated on this site, but I hope most of us agree that Susie Save Your Love is a stand out. Fresh Laundry definitely remains my favorite overall, but Susie is nearly just as good. Thank you Shitski! i forgot about virile kii. well i dont use him anymore anwyay so. comeback makes me hard. come over and susie are cute synthbops which i also love.
ATRL Moderator madonnas Posted December 11, 2020 ATRL Moderator Posted December 11, 2020 i know virile is a 19 cut, but idc. its the best song on the album and just soooo ... good. thats a unique raye choice!

An anthem I agree, it’s probably the best song on the album (there are other contenders) but it’s going to miss my countdown since I overplayed it last year when it came out. No little write ups, cause I my brain is a mush, I woke up at 5:40 AM for evermore hoping for folklore 2.0 and now I'm super tired and stuck with a boring album nowhere near folklore's level
BlackoutZone Posted December 11, 2020 Author Posted December 11, 2020 Final entry from these boys. Best TXT B-side, got me into their music and I don't regret that! Thanks @K$Ellie for recommendation We all know why this is here, a future classic, simply put. I mentioned how underrated April is when YOU.zip made an appearance on my list. LALALILALA is a perfect title and beautiful bop. Soul Lady K-AOTY so half the songs are K-Pop SOTYs no surprise here. And the best synthpop rip off of 2020 award goes to Everglow, congrats!
Psycho Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 Evermore > Folkbore Psycho classic indeed LALALILALA top 10 as it should Pit-A-Pet was one of the songs I used more than once, but it aged La Di Da Perched for 1 Billion Views in your top 5

Macchi Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 Yes!! I knew you wouldn't disappoint. Only a true music FAN will give JoJo her due - Good to Know was that bitch this year
Enigmanotta Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 I didn't expect Pit-A-Pet to make an appearance out of all the SOUL LADY songs! I'll be waiting to see if my favourite one made its way onto the 5 remaining spots...
ATRL Moderator madonnas Posted December 11, 2020 ATRL Moderator Posted December 11, 2020 aallllllllright. good update. pitapet is not my favorite but it is good so ill just ccept it, and yes, as you know, i do stan la di da. the april song was the better track they released this year, has a good chorus. not their best though!

Mr. Blue_Shirt Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 Psycho, Lalalilala, La Di Da in the top 10 Seems about right. Also Fairy of Shampoo and Pit-A-Pet made it too, only the best b-sides Talent only, no fads allowed
