The free account on chartmasters gets 3 searches per day, but after that you need to spend some money.

 

Gold = 9.90 Euro/month = 10 searches/day

Platinum = 39.90 Euro/month for unlimited searches.

 

You can buy 50 credits for €5.00, but a lot of the people that have the time to do these threads don't have the spare cash every month.

 

Perhaps someone who is good at coding/debugging/data formatting can setup their own system that queries Spotify using something lik this:

Just use the downloadable jar file, follow the instructions to run the java app is a shell and in another shell session you can use the 'curl' command (available in Linux, macOS and recent versions of Windows 10) to get something like this:

The albumid in the first line above (in this case Pure Heroine extended) comes from Spotify itself and the important parts in the responce are the fields of data following "playcount" e.g.

You then need some skills to automate the extraction and formatting of the data.
