Yes. taylor is in her 30s she might be able to get up to Mariah Carey level but the only ones I can see adding to their list are:

 

Beyonce 1-2 more

taylor about 2-3 more to match not pass Mariah

Pink should have her GH used. It has to be close to 2x platinum.

Rihanna has about 2 more r9 and 10 if she even cares to put out any music she can pass Celine but not sure she will past Mariah.

I think Madonna should be close to matching it. As of December 2016, COADF sold 1.734M pure. Add in the TEA from Hung Up's pure sales at that point and we get 1.874M. I think it's safe to say it's past 1.9M with the TEA of the rest of the album, which means there only needs to be less than 150M US streams across all official platforms. Seeing as there's 516M WW streams for the album just from Spotify and YouTube alone, I'm confident it should either be past 2M or very close to it.

Well to be fair Madonna's Celebration should be 2xP instead of Gold, and both HC and COADF are eligible for 2xP under SPS rules. But since she is not with Warner her catalog will never be re-certified unlike Mariah's who's most likely to get it in few years since she cares and her catalog is frequently re-certified both singles and albums...

In May 2018 we had SS leaks, these were SPS numbers for COADf and Celebration

Confessions on a Dance Floor 2,016,961 (1xP)

Celebration 2,357,600 (Gold)

 

And if they wanted to they could give SPS from singles to GHV2 and it could also be 2xP, without it it's at 1,689,370 SPS
