It also sold pretty well in digital sales, especially in Asia. A global smash

Yeah, it was released pretty much at the crossover from digital sales to streaming, I feel like otherwise it would be even higher on Spotify

True. This is unrelated but I wish Selena and HWR had taken more advantage of the digital era, since she debuted right when it was soaring and her biggest selling song is LYLALS with about 3M (which is fantastic) but I feel like 4M was the norm for any sizable hit in the US (and it was a hit there). At least it sold the best out of her The Scene discography .

For sure. It's certainly annoying how none of the singles with The Scene managed to even go Top 20 considering how big they were in reality
