But they are undercertified

 

Also Prism is eligible for 4x Platinum

That's why I'll hate Kapitol forever. If PRISM had to be Katy's last hurrah they should have managed PRISM a la TD and make it go 7x Platinum at least :biblio:

I'm sure at the time they were unaware it'd be her last majorly lucrative studio album. 

The fact 25 is eligible for 12x platinum and will be 13x platinum with the new release :deadbanana4:

Chromatica coming for that 2x Platinum certification soon
