By lyrical quality, or a mix between that and how accurately they match the record labels needs? Because I feel like, more specifically for Angry Mom Records, where they don't want what would be a typical DH entry, how would that stand up against the other, more descriptive categories? If that makes sense. for example if your numbers boy song would've been submitted to angry mom id probably have given it a better score than I did last round because it fit the brief of being catchy, memorable, simple etc. whereas last round it was based moreso on overall quality. still though i wouldn't have given it a perfect score or anything because i believe you can mix the concept of being fun, simple or pop as well with lyrical quality and i felt like the numbers concept was still not the best. so, yes, a balance.
