Melodrama might be close to platinum in Australia too. The official Australian albums chart is a Top 50 where Melodrama has charted for 39 weeks, but it's also possible to subscribe to something called the ARIA Report, which lists the Top 100 albums.

I'm not sure, but probably not for a while.

On Spotify, every Melodrama track now has more than 20 million plays.

Not quite as good as Pure Heroine (standard release) with every track over 40 million plays.

 

Update 06-Dec — after the last Spotify update "The Louvre" has more than 50 million plays, meaning there are only 5 songs remaining on Melodrama with less than 50 million plays.
