A single song is capable of reviving an artist's entire discography but I don’t feel her streams have increased that much. Hopefully radio spins keep increasing.

It seems like Spotify reached its peak in 2018-2020. Streaming is the main form when it comes to consuming music, but Apple Music is growing and so are other streaming services.

I never understood why ATRL acted like the song flopped. Yes it did poorly in the US but it was a hit in Europe and Latin America too I think. It was very popular. The video being blocked did not help at the time it got released as a single.

 

I am not surprised by Criminal's popularity at all honestly. It's by far the best song on the album, very catchy with an amazing music video and still sounds fresh. Love seeing it winning
