If you counted the ratio from the album stats, she has 226M streams that translated into 175K SEA. By the formula of Paid streams/1250 and Free Streams/3750, her streams from Lover are 96% paid (yes PAID). Also, BB200 doesn't count some streaming services like Pandora and YouTube.

and Havana was the best selling/streamed song of 2018 so I guess it didn’t hurt it  the only reason Señorita isn’t #1 again this week is because Lizzo had 2 remixes, discounted all 3 versions, had extra TV promo besides the VMAs and was posting 45 second “viral!!!” clips of the song online for extra streams.
