Stations will usually have 4-5 songs in a "power rotation" that they play significantly more than all the other songs they play. Usually songs "in power" get played somewhere around 14-18 times a day. Since Z100 and KIIS each give so much audience, a song being in power in one (or both) of these stations is huge for its audience total.
