"Girls Like You" has now spent a full year on the Hot 100.

It's Maroon 5 and Cardi B's first song to reach this milestone (first song with a female rapper to do so).

Yes, unless it can some how rebound to the T 25 next week, we have our next SRC.  Actually, airplay was its strongest metric, though sales and streaming also helped keep it in the T 40 for 52 weeks.

Mariah's record ain't safe :biblio:

Uptown Funk was set to break One Sweet Day, but then See You Again stopped UF at 14 weeks.  Without SYA, UF would've reached 17 weeks.

Wouldn't Despacito also have broken the record if I'm The One didn't debut at #1 when Despacito hit #2?

What is the fascination with this song? There really isn’t anything special about it. I hate this generation and I hate how streaming is allowing this to stay on top

It’s number 3 in radio and number 1 in sales. Try again.

One thing I don't get is why Billboard has let Close Friends by Lil Baby remain on the Hot 100 despite being over 20 weeks and below #50 for at least half of another run on the chart. It's clearly not going to rebound and is just wasting space.

It's still charting because it's still gaining chart points despite of being out of the top 50

I feel like radio only accounts for like 100 points in OTR's case

And it still has like 20M room to grow on radio :rip:
I don't think it'll keep making huge points till september but Mimi's record ain't safe.
Like let's be honest will OTR streams freefall in summer? THEY WON'T.

Why haven't they updated the Billboard 200 page?

This the same generation that carried Rihanna's last two era...especially Anti, so stop

Calm down. I'm a Mariah fan... just looking back at the charts. Don't be so insecure.
