Disney owns Hannah Montana. Not Miley. It's the same thing with Star Wars - creator George Lucas owns all of it, he gained control of licensing and merchandising of the film, and if you read about it that's why he is a millionaire. However, Miley does not have any of that. She is an actress, any merchandising, soundtrack, etc... Disney pays her. She does not own any soundtrack, her voice (on Hannah Montana) or any ideas.
