Ash12345
What's a good source for US sales? Chartmasters claims 6.5 million for Revolver, but it's only certified 5x Platinum, which is the same as the sales for The Monkee's self-titled debut. Makes me wonder if it and other albums are also under-certified. The Sound of Music soundtrack also seems massively under-certified (RIAA Gold). Sales weren't that high in 1965, so it probably still didn't sell more than Rubber Soul, but it's hard to say for sure.

BnPac
It’s funny how Rock (and to some extent country) artists actually always have bigger (gigantic) peaks than pop stars but I suppose not as consistent On 12/12/2018 at 2:20 AM, Ash12345 said: 1971 - 23.0 - Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin IV On 12/12/2018 at 2:20 AM, Ash12345 said: 1973 - 15.0 - Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon On 12/12/2018 at 2:20 AM, Ash12345 said: 976 - 38.0 - Eagles - Their Greatest Hits (1971-1975) On 12/12/2018 at 2:20 AM, Ash12345 said: 1979 - 23.0 - Pink Floyd - The Wall 1980 - 22.0 - AC/DC - Back In Black On 12/12/2018 at 2:20 AM, Ash12345 said: 1987 - 18.0 - Guns N' Roses - Appetite For Destruction Incredible. She would have 0 when talking about WW and album equivalents. Debut would still have been number one for 2006, Fearless for 2008, Red for 2012, and 1989 for 2014 including album equivalents too. Also, aren't pure sales harder to pull than streams? Besides, Debut is still top 5 for 2006, Fearless is no. 3 for 2008, Speak Now top 5 for 2010, Red no. 3 for 2012, 1989 no. 2 for 2014, Reputation top 5 for 2017, and Lover no. 3 for 2019 WW including BOTH album equivalents and sales. Now if her albums wouldn't have been off of Spotify for 3 years, Fearless, Red and 1989 would all have a shot at no. 1 for their respective years, maybe even debut. This is biggest album by year of release, not by sales year. Titanic Soundtrack was released in 1997 and was significantly outsold by Come On Over. It seems like Devil Without A Cause barely outsold Titanic Soundtrack too though.
