Using only 20 countries is kind of misleading and a lot of countries' official charts have changed over the years (up until 2010, there was a Europe Hot 100 that combined like 12 countries in Europe's sales for a Hot 100). Crazy In Love: 4 (Ireland, Scotland, UK, US) Baby Boy: 2 (France, US) Check on It: 2 (New Zealand, US) Déjà Vu: 1 (UK) Irreplaceable: 5 (Australia, Hungary, Ireland, New Zealand, US) Amor Gitano: 1 (Spain) Beautiful Liar: 15 (Belgium, Europe, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Scotland, Spain, Switzerland, UK) If I Were a Boy: 9 (Brazil, Denmark, Netherlands, Europe, Israel, Italy, Norway, Sweden, UK) Single Ladies: 2 (Brazil, US) Diva: 1 (Brazil) Halo: 3 (Brazil, Norway, Slovakia) Sweet Dreams: 1 (New Zealand) Telephone: 14 (Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Europe, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Russia, South Korea, UK) Best Thing I Never Had: 1 (South Korea) Drunk in Love: 1 (Africa) 7/11: 1 (Belgium) Runnin': 1 (Scotland) Hold Up: 1 (Belgium) Bills, Bills, Bills: 1 (US) Say My Name: 2 (Australia, US) Independent Women: 5 (Canada, Netherlands, New Zealand, UK, US) Survivor: 3 (Ireland, Norway, UK) Bootylicious: 1 (US) Lose My Breath: 5 (Belgium, Europe, Ireland, Italy, Switzerland) 65 solo, 82 with Destiny's Child So based on the 20 countries you included, Beyoncé's would be: United States: 9 Japan: 0 United Kingdom: 7 Germany: 1 France: 2 Australia: 2 Canada: 1 Italy: 3 Netherlands: 3 Sweden: 1 Spain: 2 Switzerland: 2 Belgium: 5 Austria: 0 Norway: 5 Denmark: 2 Finland: 1 Ireland: 6 New Zealand: 5 for a total of 57 (based on the countries you included) Edited February 28, 2017 by ThirdWardBey
BabyBenzz Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 a shame you didn't include charts from Latin America or Mexico.

I understand what you mean, however it's almost impossible to find chart positions for a lot of those countries (especially pre-digital era) and information can be inaccurate at times. And Scotland is already counted in the UK I don't see much point in adding it. I'm only using the 20 biggest markets with official charts for the sake of accuracy. It took a lot of time, but I managed to find all of Beyoncé's (including Destiny's Child). Also, while the OCC compiles Scotland's data, Scotland the country still has a separate chart from the U.K. Regardless, Beyoncé's number is still inaccurate even if you only include the 20 countries in the OP. benyonce Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 Wow most of the Pop Girls have a surprising number of number 1's in Canada.

How so? I just checked and it adds up to 34 #1s. Also, Baby Boy peaked at #8 in France, not #1 (x) From the list you posted + using the countries in the OP Crazy In Love: USA, UK, Ireland = 3 Baby Boy: USA = 1 Check On It: USA, New Zealand = 2 Deja Vu: UK = 1 Irreplaceable: USA, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand = 4 Amor Gitano: Spain = 1 Beautiful Liar: France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Switzerland, UK = 9 (it didn't peak at #1 in Belgium, Finland or Norway (x) If I Were A Boy: (Denmark, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, UK = 5 (it peaked at #4 in Italy and not #1) (x) Single Ladies: USA = 1 Halo: Norway = 1 Sweet Dreams: New Zealand = 1 Telephone: Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Norway, UK = 5 = 34. It says 35 in the OP because she has three #1 singles in Spain but I can't figure out what's the third Also, 7/11 and Hold Up peaked at #1 on the Belgian Ultratip chart, which is the equivalent of the Billboard Bubbling Under. Ultratop is the main chart. I can combine Bey + DC's #1 singles (35+17=52) if y'all want me to, but the information in the OP is pretty accurate
