Ireland's Croke Park scores are usually really high because of ticket prices there, so I wouldn't be so sure that the Dublin dates will be too much lower than the US average tbh.

I don't know if this is true but I saw someone in some thread bring up a point about artists possibly waiting to report overseas boxscores until the conversion rate is more beneficial to them? Or is that just bull****

I said that. She did that for 1989. The Euro boxscores came out on Pollstar, then were reported on Billboard months later with a few thousands more thanks to conversion rates. But they're saying 2018 is not looking very bright for European economy, so the longer she waits the lower they'll report
