I don't know about Selena/Miley but Demi's first era outside the US was in her fourth album... 

 

The Disney girls' label back then was A DAMN MESS. They could've been so much bigger right now if they had had a team as good as Ariana's since the beginning of their careers like her...

The fact that Selena has ZERO top 10 albums in the UK, and the least and lowest peaking top 10 singles  of them all and still is holding her own. The UK really does not give her high peaks but she always serves longevity.
