BuzzAngle has Diplomatic Immunity at #2 on their Song Sales chart through Sunday.

Screen_Shot_2018-01-22_at_10.57.34_PM.png

Meaning they must be adding the bundled sales to its total (and God's Plan total) since it only peaked #9 on iTunes.

Using their site through the week will tell us how much he's doing including the bundled sales. If he ends the week #1/#2 in sales, that would mean the bundle option did atleast 30k+.

That's really interesting because we will have no data for the song so the predictions will be weird and wrong. I hope it will help him not to debut at 2 and take the crown like he deserve.

I didn't know God's Plan had another version at 82. And the EP. Wow, can't wait for this week chart!

But we don’t know where the double single sales would be counted towards do we?

According to the BB Physical Single Sales rules, only the higher ranked song from the beginning gets credit for the sales. At this point, that appears to be "God's Plan." Also, while we're not sure exactly the difference in point allocation, BB does weigh physical singles more heavily than downloads.

Obviously, with ITunes replacing physical sales as the primary way of buying songs, the A/B rule hasn't meant much in years. The last double-sided physical single that I remember being a big hit was Outkast's "Hey Ya/The Way You Move" way back in 2003-4. That actually went Platinum with DVD single sales totals of over 100k.

30k would be the highest one-week total for physical single sales in the 2010's. I think a song by New Hollow sold 28k in 2010-1, and Born This Way sold 24k+ in its first week in stores.

Drake really is coming for that #1 debut + another top 10. King :gaycat3:

If he sells 150k from the regular song download, and 30k from bundles that’s 180k. With streaming it’s surely enough to debut at #1.

Now it's the highest it's ever been pushing the main Perfect under 0.30%!!! Amazing really, on it's 4th day and I'm sure the non-Spotify update yet it's because of him.

Normally a hit (in this case a top 20 hit) would be considered something that had rather more than 1 week inside such tier. Otherwise we should start considering "We Might Be Dead By Tomorrow", "Dope", "West Coast", etc hits as well.

Drake is definitely going to sell between 150k and 200k, depending on how Billboard/Soundscan decides to count the bundled sales with Diplomatic Immunity.

West Coast is a hit, the other two can stay dead.

I think you’re wrong, it’s basic as hell. Hold On has yet to be topped.

OK you're right about HO, It's better but I think it's really a very good one and better than his last 2 albums.
