There were 13-15 contestants, and only 1 could win. Going into the game all contestants had to have some sort of strategy, if they didn't they'd be floaters or even early boots.

How It Works: The Totem Pole Game has five things that happen every round, The Challenge, The Placement, The Switch, The Defender, and The Vote. At the end of every round, two players will be eliminated. On top of that, there are hidden Secret Advantages and Expose cards throughout the house. If you find one you can use it, for example, some cards make people vote out loud, this could very well unleash drama into the house, and blow up other contestants games. In the end game after almost all of the players been eliminated the final three must face the jury, where a winner is crowned.

1. The Totem Challenge: At the beginning of every round, we will play in a game for the top of the totem pole. This player is safe from the elimination AND the vote. The first challenge will have a new shocking twist and will take the game to a whole new level.
2. The Placement: The top of the totem pole must place all the other players on the totem pole from top to bottom in front of everyone. At the end of the round, whoever is at the bottom of the totem pole is eliminated from the game.
3. The Switch: Whoever is at the bottom of the totem pole will come up to a bowl and draw a ping pong ball. Every player has a ball in the bowl with their name on it. Whoever is drawn from the bowl is the switch for that round. They must then get back in line and select TWO players to switch positions on the pole. They can NOT switch the top of the totem pole.
4. The Defender: The player at the bottom of the totem pole has one final chance to save themselves. They will put their game in the hands of someone else. They will pick ONE Defender. This person will go in front of everyone and make a selection: Save the bottom of the totem pole & someone else is eliminated at random (or) eliminate the bottom of the totem pole Take Power in the game. No matter what they pick, the Defender is safe from the vote, but they are NOT safe from the random elimination.
5. The Vote: The surviving players will go inside and have roughly 20 minutes to strategize before the vote. Whichever player receives the most votes will be eliminated from the game. The Top of the totem pole and the Defender are safe from the vote.

Yeah! It is like a Survivor meets Big Brother show. The S1 is done. S2 is ongoing.
