There are main versions of TF(M), The Fame standalone album + The Fame Monster package are counted together for The Fame.

Well both Gaga and Adele are musically gifted. 19 could catch up with Adele's next album. But The Fame could get a boost should Gaga come back with the right album now that she has a larger listening audience/expanded fanbase than before.  Maybe she and Metallica will collaborate for an album.  They sounded good together at the Grammys in early 2017.

Poker Face and Bad Romance are both Diamond.  It seems strange that Just Dance is so far behind streamwise given it's almost equal in sales to PF, and over 1 M ahead of BR.
