    Big Foot vs Stupid H**

Now can we talk about the catalogue of the allegedly queen of rap, how do these two track rank in her career and which one is the better track? the 1 min exorcist spoken outro vs the falsetto vocals-infused rant?
  3. has the princess surpassed the queen with her latest release?
  4. Since literally almost everyone is dragging BIGFOOT on it's release thread and saying things like it's the worst diss track ever, I thought it should be compared to an another horrendous track to see if it's actually that bad. Even I will vote for Stupid Love on this. BIGFOOT is an embarrassment over embarrassment. From now on I will think for a second before calling her the "queen of rap" again. Anyways, if Stupid Love wins, BIGFOOT might get written in the history as one of the worst songs ever. Let's see.

Song and Record of the Year: 2019

Voters in our 2018 poll were not in favor of the Bruno Mars sweep. They opted to honor Kendrick Lamar’s “Humble” as Record of the Year, while Julia Michaels edged out Mars to claim Song of the Year for “Issues.” So… that happened. In 2019, the Recording Academy expanded the number of general field nominees to diversify the lineups and get more big names nominated. Both awards went to Childish Gambino for “This Is America.” But this is ATRL, so that seems unlikely to happen here. Will little monsters reward their fave’s “Shallow” option, or will members with good taste prevail? Vote now!

Song and Record of the Year: 2003

Alicia Keys managed to retain her Song of the Year win for “Fallin’” in the 2002 poll. She was also stiff competition in the Record of the Year race, ultimately finishing just three votes behind OutKast’s “Ms. Jackson.” Notably, the actual winner of that category—U2’s “Walk On”—earned only a single vote from ATRL. Take that, academy! In 2003, Grammy voters were wildly enamored with breakout artist Norah Jones. She won Album, Record, and Best New Artist, while her writers also took home the trophy for Song. So close to a full sweep, but alas. Do you know why Norah Jones didn’t come, or would you rather travel a thousand miles with Vanessa Carlton? Nickelback would also like to remind you that this year’s Song of the Year category features not one but two white guys with guitars singing about 9/11! Can’t decide what to vote for? I don’t blame you—it’s complicated!

Is Dan N the next Jack Antonoff?

Like Jack, Dan started his career by being in some indie bands. He then began writing for big names such as Kimbra, Sky Ferreira, Kylie Minogue and Carly Rae Jepsen in the early 2010’s. In the last few years, he has been instrumental in the formation of the new generation of artists by producing for Conan Gray, Caroline Polachek, Chappell Roan and most notably Olivia Rodrigo. While I think he currently lacks the versatility that Jack has, he will obviously get more work under his belt as time goes on. Are we seeing the next Jack in the making? Songs by Dan N
