Social media can portray idealized versions of self-improvement, from waking at 5 a.m. and drinking a green smoothie, to keeping a journal, exercising and planning your weekly meal prep. I’m sure there’s some clinical studies about this but has our collective morale just gone down because of current events? Seems like everyone is just barely holding on. Like every day there’s a new tragedy or something that makes us feel like the world is ending. How are you guys trying to cope and stay positive in your lives? So I went on a “date” last night and I have not heard from him since. I don’t know, I thought we had a connection and I think he found me attractive, so it’s a bit weird to be ghosted like this It’s never happened to me before.
