  2. After 3 years, the main version of the song finally hits 100M on Spotify. The song was released October 20th, 2020, and has moved over 3.1M+ RIAA Units & 3.05M+ Nielsen Units which is equivalent to around 475M US Streams on all On Demand Streaming Platforms. It also finished in the Top 40 streamed songs on US Apple Music in 2021 & became the #1 song of 2021 on Billboard's R&B/Hip Hop Airplay Year End. The song went on to be nominated for both Best R&B Song & Best R&B Performance at the 2021 Grammys but lost both to Silk Sonic.
  3. Ariana becomes the female with the most 1b songs with 13
  4. "Flowers" was named the biggest song of the year in New Zealand. "SOS" is the best-selling album of the year. YEC for "Flowers" so far: #1 – Global #1 – Canada #1 – New Zealand #2 – US #2 – Germany
  5. “When the Party’s Over” was released in October 2018 and included on Eilish’s debut 2019 album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? The cut reached No. 3 on the Alternative Digital Song Sales in January 2019 and peaked at No. 29 on the all-genre Billboard Hot 100 that April. 6. The final single from Future Nostalgia, and Dua's favorite song from the album, acclaimed by the media and THE fan-favorite, do you think it could have been a SMASH of DSN proportions with a promotional campaign similar to the first singles from the album? In my wildest dreams Love Again was FN's lead single, and it has 3 billion streams on Spotify It has just surpassed 300M views on YouTube, something no small thing for a dead platform within pop, and has more than 600M on Spotify. and it's almost outstreaming BMH and Physical.
  7. Unusually late, but we finally have predictions for this week:
  8. Idina Menzel's "Let It Go" leads the way with 5.6B plays, Shakira's iconic "Waka Waka" comes in smashing with 5.4B total plays on YouTube Music as Ellie's "Love Me Like You Do" comes 2nd place with 4.7B plays (if you count acoustic)! Quite surprised by Waka + LMLYD even beating out Dark Horse, Blank Space etc. LMLYD currently has a slight edge over Tones And I's "Dance Monkey" (it's at 4.6B) but LMLYD will win in the end cause it has better recurrent streams on both YT + Spotify.
