I don't know if you've noticed this, but all my straight female friends have had a relationship or are still currently in one with a guy way less attractive than they are, at least to what would be considered canonically attractive in the gay community (athletic physique, basically). I've barely seen any cases of super muscled gays being with average / non-fit men but there's countless of examples I can think of when it comes to straight relationships near me: women with stunning canonical physiques are with canonically underweight, overweight, ugly guys. What could the explanation be? Is it gay's self hate that makes them only focus on looks cause that's their only way they have to feel good with themselves? Is it the almost parody-like toxic masculinity ingrained in a lot of gay men and reinforced by sexual stereotypes and datting apps? Or is it just that straight women, in general, focus less on looks and more about what the relationship itself could be? If you don't agree with me, just tell me.
