For me, it's Mary J. Blige. I'm not saying she's untalented because she's not, but she is not so too special to call her the Queen of Hip-Hop Soul.- 49 replies

base talk What if Taylor had followed up Red with Folklore instead of 1989?
Josh posted a topic in Base
Where would Taylor's career be now if Folklore was the follow up to Red instead of 1989 and 1989 came after Folklore? Was 1989 a natural follow up to Red? -

I think it's the song with most potential to be a REAL smash. Post Malone does an amazing job and she sounds sweet as hell. Not the best song of the album, but I'd choose it as the next single. Thoughts?

Some of the girls in this forum told me it was a total flop, so why is this old song performing better than some of the new, highly anticipated releases?

I'm sick in bed with COVID and literally had nothing better to do than to compile this ultimate list of pop girls, beloved female musicians, and gay icons. Where do they all stand with you? How many do you already know? (Did I forget anybody?) The Holy Trinity: Your Top 3 of all time. We Stan Her: Any girl you stan. We Like Her: Any girl whose music you generally like (at least more than just a few singles). We're Not a Fan: Any girl whose music you've heard enough of to know that you just don't like it. Get Her Away From Me: Any girl whose music and presence makes your skin crawl. Genuinely Don't Know Her: Any girl whose music you do not know outside of one song. https://tiermaker.com/create/pop-girls---from-classic-era-to-now-16978390 I look forward to seeing your ranks.

This is not a hate thread by any means , it's only that listening to Gaga's discography it's very clear her tone became very different post BTW. Her once sweet , rich singing voice tone became dry , opaque and unpleasant. I know voice changes as you age but come on...what happened? Such a change in a short period of time. From this: To this:

Let's celebrate Diana's milestone 80th birthday. What are your favourite performances of her? She has many for me especially when she was with The Supremes but I like this performance of hers with Lionel Richie (Endless Love is still the best charting duet of all times on H100 Greatest Songs list)
