Both songs gets excessive play listing because spotify wants non veteran singers on playlists. this mean both these songs get excessive streams even though both songs are not even objectively good but which feel more fraudulent? for me Sia feel more fraudulent as at least Ariaan song is listenable

  10. The underserved bop DESERVED lead single treatment, a full girls night out high budget MV in NYC give us the BOB Taylor and give us sex appeal NR deserved to be 6th single instead of Out of the Trashbin .
  11. In the competitive, diverse and packed years of the 1990s, we have seen various artists come and go but five main forces- Mariah Carey, Celine Dion, Whitney Houston, Madonna and Toni Braxton were constant powerhouses throughout the decade. While Madonna took the backseat on the commercial aspect during the early 1990s, Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston became the incredibly successful and famous celebrities known for their acclaimed hits sans Fantasy and I Have Nothing, enjoying the zenith of their success till the late 90s. Their impact ushered in a new era of vocalists with melodic and strong vocals which was not seen since the end of the 1970s brought in a new era of pop singers. With the end of the mid-90s, Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston still enjoyed popularity with the release of hits albums like Butterfly and Your Love is my Love but female artists such as Celine Dion and Toni Braxton came into the forefront of the scene. While Toni may be a controversial choice for ATRL, her first two albums were immensely huge- selling over 10 million copies and was featured in the top 10 biggest artists of the 1990s according to Billboard. Even Madonna was enjoying a revival with her new brandished image channelling the Something To Remember and Ray of Light eras. So which of these huge artists had the ultimate dominance of the 90s'. Vote in the poll and DISCUSS
  12. 14 years ago, we got this iconic bop from a variety of female vocalists who were near or at the height of their respective careers at the time (from left to right - Keyshia Cole, Leona Lewis, Fergie, Ciara, Mariah Carey, Bey, Mary J Blige, Rihanna, Carrie Underwood, Miley Cyrus, Ashanti, Natasha Bedingfield, Nicole Scherzinger) If we were to get a 2022-23 version of this, which current artists do you think would take part in it? Please discuss -- and no trolling/bating.
  13. Girls Degradation's comeback and INVU (album and song) were great successes but some ppl are claiming it was all a fluke. Something in my gut feels like they could be right but like...they also could be wrong. Will whatever she releases next smash like INVU or will it perform like the criminally underrated "Can't Control Myself" another bop of hers that did not get the attention it deserved because it was too ahead of its time Discuss belur

  19. Elton John has achieved 2 top 10 singles in the last year by reworking his old songs and featuring a younger artist. Cold Heart was a WW smash and Hold Me Closer was very successful too, becoming Elton's first hits in over 15 years. With this being said… should Madonna try this strategy? It worked very well with Elton.
  20. The fashion, the lyrics, the tryhard-urban production, the video effects … it all seems like a parody of the mid-2000s nowadays. The song still bops tho
