I think it's fair to say the most sought-after industry awards by most ATRL MPGs are Grammy's GFs (including AOTY) and Oscar. Most fail to get even one after years of campaigning hard for it. Yet Adele and Billie won ALL of them very early on in their career: Grammy's AOTY Grammy's SOTY Grammy's ROTY Oscar How did they get it so effortlessly?

Remember prior to the streaming era, when artists actually had to audition for the executives of each record label? If they already had a demo tape completed, they still had to audition to see if they could actually perform.
