  1. As the title says; what are some singles from your faves that were major flops in the U.S. but were major success in other countries?
  2. The good sis of Shaki-Pop (Age 46) currently has a solo ballad top 15 on the world's biggest streaming platform. I won't shade the other two ladies, they both have other signs of longevity outside of strictly charts (britney had a mini hit with hold me closer, xtina won a grammy) but... for blonde pop icons that debuted around the same time as each other Shaki is head and shoulders above her peers in terms of consistency also. Why do you think this is?
  3. Since taylor just announced that she is releasing midnights the til dawn edition tomorrow, predict the debut numbers on spotify I predict the karma remix will do at most around 8 to 9m, hits different will do at most around 6 to 7m, and midnights numbers will be around 20 to 25M!!

    My second single…will it flop?

  5. The battle for the new prince of R&B seem to be splitting up after a heated battle the past year. Spotify Artists Weekly #39 Brent Faiyaz #74 Steve Lacy Billboard 200 #80 Brent Faiyaz - Wasteland (45 Weeks) #159 Steve Lacy - Gemini Rights (44 Weeks) Discuss
  6. The only possible truth in the story is this duet exists for a reason. The only center of the story is Taylor and her choices, her movies and her story. Whataver Ice Spice can think, can like, can say about it there is against that narrative just doesn't count cause Taylor is the centre of the story and Ice Spice reactions can only be turned in something impersonal and passive. Isn't weird the way in their discussion Ice spice looks like an accessory can only have a set of possible pre-established opinions and not an actual human being?.
  7. Who's streaming these songs? ATRL told me no one knows her music *Every Kind Of Way appears to be a typo for "B.S."
  8. 'Cha cha cha' has surpassed 'tattoo' on YouTube .. Do you think that he deserved to win instead of Loreen?
  9. Would you be here for it? Would you love it or think it’s underwhelming? I can definitely see her going for this sound in her next album, especially since Burns is rumored to be the main producer.
  10. was there an album you really liked and enjoy, and even loved, but then as time passed you realized you were being delusional and that the album was not all that? It might have happened to me Name them.
  11. She's at her commercially highest point ever, her celebrity is bigger than everyone combined. Do you see her ever dyeing her hair for an era?
  12. She was a FORCE up until like 2010, debuting records with like 600k plus! where did it all go wrong for Mrs Keys?
  13. Obviously music and pop culture impact is something insanely impressive. Getting a diamond album cause it's rare as hell. As female solo artists only Whitney, Shania have 3, Mariah, Britney, Celine, Madonna, Adele have 2, Taylor has 1. Overall there's only 29 albums by women have been certified diamond. I don't think getting Grammys is that impressive nowadays, too many claims that some sketchy sh/t is going on behind the scenes. Thoughts?
  14. Halle did an exceptional job singing-wise and acting-wise in TLM. Do you think Ariana can surpass if not match what Halle did? Discuss.
  15. People often say she used to be HUGE all over Europe, but looking through her stats, it doesn’t really seem to be the case. Imo she’s more like a UK act that had a few hits here and there in other European countries but nothing major. Her main market was always the UK.
  16. Shes an artist who has never taken any artistic risks and always plays it safe. I think this plays a major role in why she is so successful. There is no room to alienate an audience when everything you do is inoffensive. Artists like Beyonce or Miley, despite being more talented, will never see her commercial success cause they try out new things and are not afraid to push boundaries. So....vanilla and boring = success? Tea?
