As the question says; was the summer of 2013 the last time ATRL saw an organic and iconic stan war when these came out: No stan wars with MPGs ever have been as iconic as ARTPOP vs PRISM since then.

Both songs are staples in funerals. Both showed a side of the artist vulnerability and lyrical mastery. Both are loved by multiple generations and are acclaimed. But which one do you think is more powerful as a memorial ballad and is more loved?

I’ve been supporting her for long time, even when she was flopping hard with YN and SIC. I was happy when she revived her career with PH and reached new height with Flowers. but once again, her attitude towards touring and not connecting with fans or whatsoever. Also, when she had luck with flowers being her biggest career hit (maybe female hit this decade), yet she again let her album flop without any promo. its also her who kept posting instagram stories about flowers ruling Billboard H100, yet in her Vogue interview she said she done with touring and rather performing for her friends. she may be tired and so rich already that she doesn’t need to do touring or care about music career. But she may just keep quiet about that and if she doesn’t really care, she does not need to post about flowers commercial success and then being very ungrateful for her fans who really root hard for her.

11-year-old me was like OMG she’s so cool and iconic for this. What recent albums came and went and didn't have any staying power? For me, it's Miley's last album, I enjoyed it and saved every song on it but I haven't listened to it since the week it came out, yet I still listen to songs from Plastic Hearts regularly.

The Renaissance tour features a 35-Song setlist where the GP (especially outside the US/UK) would only know around 2-3 songs. Meanwhile, some of her actual hits like Halo, Single Ladies, Beautiful Liar, Baby Boy, and If I Were a Boy...were left out of the show. Mind you songs like Formation or Drunk in Love were not really big in Europe despite being big in the US. A fan who spent weeks listening to her last album and liked it would probably enjoy the show, but how about people who just casually buy tickets to see her without being hardcore followers? Should Beyonce's tour have a more GP-friendly setlist?
