Described a journey throughout the musics eras of her career past and present there are only a few artist who are able to effectively execute an Eras Tour concept where they can seamlessly go through their eras with distinctive aesthetics and sounds. Avril Lavigne has a similar trajectory and artistic journey as Taylor since she has eras that are distinct and isolated from one another yet truly feel authentic to her artistically. Her peers like Kelly and P!nk and Alanis may not be able to pull that off due to having homogenic eras in a way that can be exchanged with one another. Sold over a million in Germany and Japan.700k in Latin America, Oceania, Canada and France Midnight- amazing year ends for a Q4 release. Has weak stats in Japan but did well in the rest of Asia. 21- Smashed everywhere even Asia where it’s hard (sold over a million in the continent) despite underperforming in Japan.

It’s getting ridiculous at this point. I won’t even bother listening to it once I see it’s 2 minutes or less. So many times I’ll hear a song that sounds good or I’ll be anticipating a song release and go and listen and it’s 2 minutes or less. I immediately turn it off now. F*ck that sh*t. Basically every song on Ice Spice’s new album is 2 minutes. Skipped the whole damn thing.

Do you use TikTok? I embrace TikTok for what it is and how people are communicating on there mostly to maintain pop/mainstream culture literacy but I don't support the app and I think it's insidious. Most social media apps are but TikTok feels like a different breed. I created an account once, but never used it more than a minute or two so I just ended up deleting it. There's been some funny and interesting content that's came from the app but I don't feel comfortable being an active user of the platform. I'm in my early 20s but I'm totally fine sitting this one out. What about you guys?
