  5. In the rich tapestry of Taylor Swift's musical journey, she released many albums that each defined a specific, new high for her career wise. Obviously, each Taylor album sticks out on it's own except evermore but if you had to chose the one album that is the most important for Taylor Swift career wise, which album would it be and why? What album marked the biggest turning point that most helped Taylor become the biggest artist of our time. A brief description of each Taylor album is included: 'Taylor Swift': marked Taylor's official debut album, released at age 16. 'Fearless': marked Taylor's commercial breakthrough and her first AOTY. 'Speak Now': marked Taylor's first entirely self-written album. 'Red': remains as one of Taylor's most critically acclaimed albums with some of her most in depth songwriting. '1989': marked Taylor's pop-cross over and big global breakthrough. Her second AOTY. 'reputation': marked Taylor's most explosive album at that point, venturing into electronic pop and dark sounds. 'Lover': her first self-owned album and a return to bright pop. The album re-introduced a younger audience to Taylor's Swiftdom. 'folklore': marked a transformative pivot in Taylor's career and showcased her as a critical acclaimed singer-songwriter. Her third AOTY. 'evermore': helped cement her status as a innovative artist with re-inventing into folk and alt-rock sounds. Her worst seller but still acclaimed. 'Midnights': the start of what would be considered Swiftmania, a massive and unheard of commercial global re-peak 17 years into her career. Please vote!

Most beautiful song of the 90s.
  7. Commercially, it became her second album to debut at the top of the US Billboard 200 chart with 285,298 copies and was certified platinum in the USA. She was glowing this era

  9. Many leftist gays on this site love to frame all male country artists under one chauvinistic, racist and homophobic bucket. Bro literally came out and said this song is about all politicians and scoffed at the conservatives for using his song. it’s also a reminder that being too far on either left or right serve you no good as it clouded your judgement. now, go stream Zach Bryan’s new album.
  10. today is the anniversary of the 2013 MTV VMAs, which gave us iconic moments such as the infamous Miley/Robin Thicke performance, Lady Gaga's performance & the *NSYNC reunion so I just have to know, was this the last iconic VMAs we had?
  11. 50 years of Friendship and Music! The ultimate supergroup of country music, and they're hardly talked about! If there was some kind of "vocal trinity" of country, I'd put these three up there! Three friends, Dolly Parton, Linda Rondstadt, & Emmylou Harris, all Legends in their own right, coming together to create more magic and history! They came together in the 1970s appearing on Dolly's Variety show. Performing on & off since then, they finally came back together in 1987 with Linda crossing over to country to record their first album as the TRIO! Worried by labels that this wouldn't work, Trio came out as a surprise hit, selling over a million copies in the US, producing four top 10 country hits, and four million worldwide! It went on to win Best Country Performance by a Duo or Group at the Grammys, and even nominated for Album of the Year alongside Michael, Prince, Whitney, & U2. Coming back together in the late 90s, the TRIO recorded their 2nd album, TRIO, and performed one of the GREATEST covers and live performance ever, After the Gold Rush! Still gives me chills! It won them their second Grammy for Best Country Vocals. Truly one of the greatest supergroups to come together that eventually got inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame! If you know them, you love them!
  12. FailSafe

Do you still root for Gaylor???

Do you??? Taylor and I have always believed we are soulmates. Just like all couples we have ups and downs, and we have been taking a break. We are both ambitious artists, hoping to work through long-distance and complicated schedules to continue the simple love we have always shared. Please root us on. We're just like everybody else and we really love each other.

  16. As one of the most polarizing figures in pop music, Nicki Minaj has been part of several incidents between her and her peers… both negative and positive. Yet in all of this, Nicki has shown at time grace and maturity, choosing to be the bigger person and remaining dignified through the drama. What are some examples of when what Nicki did had class to it? when she forgave Taylor during the VMA controversy and shared the stage with her as an act of unity Her education initiative and always reminding her fans to stay in school and giving out scholarships

Cardi and Iggy need to collab NOW

Iggy’s new single is a bop and a half , and it just made me realize that the 2 biggest female rapper outcasts should unite forces and drop a banger it would definitely get people talking
  22. I should've said surprised? in the title instead but yeah this is what a magnum opus sounds like everyone She has yet to top it, but came very close with While We're Young and Comfort Inn Ending. Thoughts
  23. That would be Dua Lipa for me. I used to think "New Rules" was a fad. But Future Nostalgia solidified her into being a household name. I also thought Ariana Grande was going to fizzle out as a cheap Mariah copy, especially with how annoying she used to act in the Yours Truly and My Everything eras. Her pivot to blackfishing was wrong but it did wonders for her career. How about you?
