For those who aren’t familiar with Apple Music, there is a section for ‘New Releases’ - which as you guessed, shows you new releases for that day / week. What I’m wondering is, why has Dua Lipa and her single Houdini been appearing for me so much? How can a single that came out in November 2023 be classed as a ‘new release’ 3 months later? Is this Payola or something more sinister?

I won’t be upset if Midnights wins AOTY at the Grammys because the album is record breaking, it is Taylor’s best album to date imo and on top of that, Taylor quite literally defined last year. Will it be deserved if she wins? Cause what artists currently work as hard as her and has made the impact she made in the industry?
