  1. Rising star Tyla is set to release her debut album March 1st. Will you be checking it out? How do you feel about her songs released so far?
  2. these "comebacks" just don't compare to this

  4. In 2024 while comparing performance and streaming metrics of released music against her peers, Lady Gaga’s streams lag behind those of Rihanna, Taylor, Beyoncé, Adele, etc. despite having arguably a larger peak in pop culture. A strong gay fan base is loyal and can keep a career afloat beyond career peaks: Madonna and Janet embarked on retrospective tours to massive success, Kelly Clarkson has a successful Vegas tour, etc. But despite all that she has done for the gay community as a bisexual woman, it seems GaGa lost their support after she very publicly risked her career success with Born This Way by being flagrantly pro gay. Even Nicki Minaj has had a run of hits from SFG, Barbie, and now PF2, all sustained by her loyal gay fan base who generated free marketing and word of mouth via gag city for her despite her controversial associations with convicted predators. Yet GaGa seemed to lose momentum when comparing the performance of Chromatica to other records like Positions, Future Nostalgia. Why did the gays get off the GaGa train even though Gaga consistently dedicated her career to the LGBT?
  5. Ariana is releasing a song and video adressing the rumors about her right as Taylor is gearing up to release reputation TV. Obviously Ariana’s release will be the bigger event considering it’s a new song and she’s been on hiatus for a while. Will 2024 be Ariana’s year and will she overshadow the last two Taylor rerecordings? Discuss and keep it cute!

    Do I Have Potential?

I think so. I do everything on my own since I am overly critical of myself.
  7. A Million Lights

Is Ariana the new Princess of Pop?

With “yes, and?”, it’s clear that Ariana outdid and outlasted Britney. Is she the new Princess of Pop?
  8. After going viral on TikTok, the song is receiving +610k daily streams on Spotify the song was doing only 100k daily streams back in February this year: People used to call it the most “forgotten” single from TD, but now it is outstreaming Cali Gurls, TD, E.T. and more importantly Part Of Me. thoughts?
  9. She needs to leave "Whenever Wherever" alone - great things shouldn't be touched
  10. Literally one of her best singles and her best single of the 2010s It smashed out of the gate - debuted at #1 with 400k+ sales which was her biggest sales week and her FIRST top 5 airplay hit. It has 72M Spotify streams and gets 16k streams daily...even Radar is outstreaming it So I'm asking you tonight....

    yes, and? vs PURE/HONEY

The verses of Ari’s amazing new single reminded me of another track from a recent blockbuster record that was released, and I couldn’t put my finger on it until I figured out it was Bey’s PURE/HONEY(most notably the HONEY segment of the song) that sounded so much like this too(is it just me maybe? Lol) anyways…. ATRL you know what to do:
  12. Apart from Ain’t No Other Man, the singles didn’t perform that well. I know Hurt is a fan favorite. But the album being sandwiched between Stripped (her best) and Bionic (infamously a flop) makes it somewhat forgotten. And I rarely ever see this album being discussed. Compare this album to other albums by pop girls in 2006-2007….it kind of gets lost in the mix. What say you ATRL?
  13. One of the most iconic defining songs of the 2000s, released from her magnum opus In the Zone It has over a BILLION streams on Spotify, was celebrated on national news CNN in 2023, and critically acclaimed winning a Grammy for Best Dance Recording becoming her first and only Grammy win. It was a global smash for Britney, peaking at #1 on the European Hot 100 and among the top 10 biggest hits of 2004 in Europe and reached #1 in 10+ countries. It peaked at #9 on the Hot 100 becoming Britney's first top 10 hit since Oops almost 4 years prior. It's certified 6x platinum and among the biggest certifications of the pre digital era. – Rolling Stone on the legacy of "Toxic".
  14. lmfao this video is going viral . its hilarious
  15. The solo-written masterpiece It peaked at #29 on the Hot 100 and #20 on the European Hot 100 - becoming her first underperformance after the consecutive top 3s and global smash run of "I Kissed a Girl" and "Hot N Cold" It is certified platinum and has 121M Spotify streams and 150M YouTube views BUST IN THE DOOR AND TAKE ME AWAYYYYYYYYY (OHHHHHHHHHH) NO MORE MISTAKESSSSSSSSSS CUZ IN YOUR EYES I'D LIKE TO STAYYYYYYYYYYYY

“Dancing With A Stranger” turns 5

On January 11 2019, Sam Smith & Normani put out their collaboration “Dancing With A Stranger” which appeared on the former’s 2020 album ‘Love Goes’ With a #7 peak on the Billboard Hot 100, it became Sam’s sixth top 10 and Normani’s second top 10 on the chart. It is her highest peaking single in the US as a soloist so far As of today, the track is certified 4x Platinum by the RIAA.
  17. The greatest Disney song ever I fear It peaked at #35 on the Hot 100, becoming the highest charting single of her debut smash era Metamorphosis, and was a top 10 pop radio hit peaking at #9 and is certified Platinum. It currently has 62M Spotify streams and she has yet to post the official music video on her YouTube channel
  18. Can we think of any artist that has released masterpieces back to back to back to back with their four albums like this? Three out of four albums are awarded BNM and she never released a mid album or song in her career this far. It's honestly very impressive and doesn't get enough credit.
