For example, I always thought this song was released in late 70s or something, but actually it came out in 92/93. Another example is Ricky Martin's 'Livin la vida loca'. The melody was retro. That's why. Zombie by the Cranberries too. Share your experience. -
The lambs don't talk about this song much. Every once in a while I come across this and can't imagine the 'anguish' Mariah was going through at that time. This is much better than the atrocious 'Bye Bye' and lyrically better than 'One Sweet Day'. The lyrics are so heartfelt and most importantly not pretentious. The melody is divine. The vocals are honest.

In the ever-flowing river of time, it's time we take a reflective pit stop and reconsider our treatment of Ellen DeGeneres. Remember when we collectively hit the cancel button on her? Yeah, that was a moment. But let's zoom out for a sec. Ellen's always been there, dishing out love to our faves and redefining what it means to be an LGBT icon. She's basically the cheerleader of the rainbow squad. So, as we scroll through our mental timeline, maybe it's time to ask ourselves: Did we go a tad overboard with the public persecution? Are we ready to extend that olive branch and say, "Hey Ellen, sorry about the whole backlash thing"? And hey, maybe the GeePee should join in on the introspection party and recognize that, hey, maybe we all overreacted just a smidge. Just food for thought.

In 2008-2013 Gaga had a unique edge to her that made her different. She was full of mystery, aura and wonder that made her legendary until she went too far. Instead of going back to the edge she had, she decided to strip everything back and be basic while other pop girls were able to benefit from having the edge she once had. She tried to blend in with the crowd and appease them but it did her music career no favours and just made her sales stall low for her past three studio albums. If LG7 ever comes out, will she be brave enough to follow through artistically or will she continue playing it safe and bland?

With more people grasping and understanding human sexuality and it becoming less taboo, why is ATRL still constantly nasty towards people who come as bisexual or queer? It's always the same "b-b-but Nicki Minaj & Jessie J'" or the outdated "I don't believe she's bi!!! she only dates men!!!" which is such a weird take because bisexuality is a spectrum and we're not with these women 25/8 to disprove anything. Discuss and keep it cute!

I had to cut Cowboy Carter and TTPD into 8-10 track playlists I honestly don't have the time to stream 27-31 long track albums and they are my faves There are some tracks that I moderately love and have to leave out because my music time is limited and don't want to hear only one artist. Also with the amount of releases lately it's getting too overcrowded What do you think?

Despite some moderately successful singles, Radical Optimism seems to be a heading in the direction of a slight decline from Future Nostalgia's massively successful era, which has lead some to believe Dua has entered her "flop" era. That being said, this podcast host seems to think it's rather beneficial for Dua to have a flop era as it will help her rally up her fanbase to defend her against the constant pessimism (B side album title?) Were points made? Discuss.
