So? ARTPOP's numbers thread was a pop emergency and the fact that Eminem's album is about to open with less than ARTPOP is just...

Applause did well on the chart, Eminem can't even get a top 10 this era so far.

River will be top ten soon enough so this post is ridiculous :rip:

And? Applause was released four years ago and artpop as well.

I don't understand the comparison, Em was selling 20+ million on his third album.

Gaga barely sold 2 million.

I'm not the one who compared these 2 albums.

Why compare these two albums? artpop was released in 2013.

If we are going to start comparing efforts, let's compare Gaga's third to Eminem's third. :fan:

Taylor still flying north 100k with no promotion. End Game will keep the album on the same numbers or even more.

REVIVAL TIME: EM'S #1 BOW

Eminem's Revival finishes #1 on our abbreviated year-end Top 20 SPS chart, while G-Eazy snags a six-figure #2 bow. Jeezy has the only other Top 10 debut, though the John Williams score set for Star Wars: The Last Jedi gets awfully close.

We're going to go explore outrageous new combinations of booze and weed for the weekend, but we wish you a merry everything.

Taylor may snatch #2 with Billboard, the gap is too small.

Well Kanye’s last album did 28k in Pure first week sales. So Em still had a better first week of the older guard. 4:44 by Jay Z did 174k in pure first week sales. So Em did more in first week sales than Jay as well.
