Holding the #1 spot for a second week is Lady Gaga’s The Cure, which increases it lead over previous chart topper Symphony by Clean Bandit & Zara Larsson, currently at #2. Katy Perry has two songs in the top five this week, as Chained To The Rhythm featuring Skip Marley holds at #3 for a second week, and her newest single Bon Appetit featuring the Migos moves up eleven spots to #5. In between the two Katy Perry singles is the new collaboration from Kygo and Ellie Goulding, First Time moving eight spots into the top five at #4. Despite gaining in plays, Carly Rae Jepsen’s Cut To The Feeling is pushed down two spots to #6. Halsey’s holds steady at #7 with Now Or Never, and Zedd & Alessia move down three spots to #8 with Stay. Bebe Rexha’s I Got You reenters the top ten after falling out last week, by rising two spots to #9. Some Kinda Wonderful by Betty Who rounds out the top ten for a second week.

Other notable chart positions: The Weeknd’s I Feel It Coming finally reaches a new peak at #18, after stalling for a few weeks. The biggest gainer of the week is the 2014 single Blank Space by Taylor Swift, which leaps twenty spots to a new peak of #25. The biggest faller of the week is cupcakKe’s Scraps, which falls eighteen spots to #38 after peaking last week at #20.

First Time and Bon Appetit debuts are actually kind of low for those artists, since they are my favs. They were both disappointing songs, thats why :dancehall: But I still like the songs, just not as great as previous material.

Halcyon is so underrated as an album :!ohno:

It could have at least been a Target deluxe track :'(

Yeah I don't stan for Katy but Bon Appetit is very disappointing and First Time isn't that great :chick3:

SOS hasn'y aged one bit :smitten2: such a bop! and yeah Part of Me is kinda crap but also a bop :michael:

The Cure is just effortlessly smashing :duca: Excited for her because Gaga has always kinda been a flop on my charts. John Wayne is holding up pretty well though!

Kingdom could have been a great Target track :biblio:

Bon Appetit is growing on me, I listen to it more for the production than the rest of it. First Time >>> It Ain't Me :eli:

Halcyon is only know for the Days tracks when the original tracks are 10000000x times superior.

New Changes

The certification system has now been edited to slow down how fast songs can be certified multi-diamond. The current rule of 200 plays still stands, however now it takes 100 more plays to be certified multi-diamond instead of the original 50. Currently this only affects Chained To The Rhythm, which could have been certified 5x Diamond, however it will now need to reach 500 plays to reach that status.

The new certification system also includes albums now. The albums system follows pretty much in line with the singles. For example, a bronze album certification for a single is 25 plays, and for an album it is 250 plays.

Bronze = 250

Silver = 500

Gold = 750

Platinum = 1000 (x2=1200, x3=1300)

Diamond = 2000 (x2=2500, x3=3000, x4=4000)

The OP has been updated with new graphics (again!!) but this time I actually put effort into it, so please check it out!

Lady Gaga reigns for a third week, as The Cure spends another week at #1, and becomes her first song to spend 3 weeks on the top. Both Kygo & Ellie Goulding’s First Time and Katy Perry & Migos Bon Appetit are up two spots, rising to #2 and #3 respectively. Both songs will be competing for the #1 spot next week. Chained To The Rhythm by Katy Perry and Skip Marley moves down one spot to #4 on its fourteenth week in the Top 5. Previous chart topper Symphony by Clean Bandit and Zara Larsson is down three spots to #5. In a game of chart hopscotch, Zedd and Alessia Cara’s Stay rebounds two spots again to #6, and pushes Carly Rae Jepsen’s Cut To The Feeling to #7. Making a surprising late entry into the Top 10 is The Weeknd’s I Feel It Coming, as it leaps ten spots to a new peak of #8. This is The Weeknd’s fourth Top 10 hit from his latest album Starboy. Bebe Rexha is steady at #9 with I Got You, and Halsey moves down three spots to #10 with Now Or Never.

 Other notable chart positions: The highest debut of 10 newest entries goes to Cheat Codes and Demi Lovato’s No Promises. Julia Michaels makes her chart debut with Issues debuting at #49. The biggest gainers of the week both go to Betty Who, as Beautiful and her newest single Mama Say rebound back into the Top 30. The biggest faller is Biggie Smalls by cupcakKe, which sky falls twenty-nine spots to #50. cupcakKe’s LGBT and Spider-Man Dick both spend their 30th week on the chart at #43 and #44 respectively.

I'm glad Gaga finally got a smash on my chart, after PI only spent 1 week at #1 by luck, and John Wayne peaked at #7 but with huge longetivity.

Bon Appetit and First Time are battling for #1 next week :duca:

The play difference between CTTR and Symphony is HUGE :dies: CTTR will be hanging in for a long time.

Kygo & Ellie Goulding’s collaboration First Time moves up one spot to #1, and becomes the seventh #1 song of 2017. First Time earns Kygo his first #1, and Ellie Goulding’s twelfth. Katy Perry featuring Migos Bon Appetit also moves up one spot to #2, and looks likely to be next week’s #1. After three weeks at #1, The Cure by Lady Gaga moves down two spots to #3. Chained To The Rhythm by Katy Perry and Skip Marley is steady at #4 for a second week. Zedd & Alessia Cara’s Stay inches back into the Top 5, rising one more spot to #5. The Weeknd’s I Feel It Coming continues to rise, moving up two spots to a new peak of #6. Demi Lovato earns her third Top 10 song, as her collaboration with Cheat Codes No Promises moves up six spots to #7. Charli XCX and cupcakKe reenter the Top 10, with Lipgloss moving three spots up to #8. Symphony by Clean Bandit featuring Zara Larsson continues its falling streak, and it moves down four spots to #9. Rounding out the Top 10 for a second week is Halsey’s Now Or Never.

The highest debut of the week goes to Katy Perry’s and Nicki Minaj’s Swish Swish, as it enters the chart at #13. Malibu by Miley Cyrus enters at #26. The biggest gainer is a tie in between Calvin Harris’s Slide and Julia Michael’s Issues, as both songs move up fourteen spots to #27 and  #35 respectively.

In its 5th week on the chart, Katy Perry and Migos Bon Appetit moves up one spot to #1. Bon Appetit becomes Katy Perry’s eighth #1, and her second from Witness, and Migos first #1. Last week’s chart topper First Time by Kygo & Ellie Goulding moves down one spot to #2. Katy Perry earns another top five hit, as her collaboration Swish Swish with Nicki Minaj leaps ten spots to #3. Lady Gaga’s previous chart topper The Cure continues falling, as it moves one spot down to #4. Katy Perry dominates the top five with three entries, as her smash hit Chained To The Rhythm with Skip Marley moves down one spot to #5 in its sixteenth week, becoming the song to spend the longest amount of time in the top five. At #6 is The Weeknd’s I Feel It Coming, which spends its second week at its peak. Also spending a second week at its peak is Cheat Codes and Demi Lovato’s No Promises at #7. Kygo earns his second top ten and Selena Gomez earns her fourth as their collaboration It Ain’t Me enters at #8. After skyfalling out of the top ten last week, Carly Rae Jepsen earns the biggest gainer of the week as her previously unreleased song Cut To The Feeling moves up nineteen spots to #9. Zedd and Alessia Cara’s Stay moves down five spots to #10.

Imagine Dragons earn the highest debut of the week, as Believer enters in at #33, and Thunder also enters at #43. After the devastating attacks in Manchester, Ariana Grande’s Thinking Bout You reenters at a new peak of #29, and One Last Time debuts at #34. Four songs fallout the chart this week that had all spent at least 29 weeks on the chart: Lady Gaga’s John Wayne, cupcakKe’s Spider-Man Dick and LGBT, and Tove Lo’s True Disaster.
