Tove Lo

Blue Lips

Queen Tove never disappoints me.

I was so thrilled that we were actually getting Phase II of Lady Wood.

I love that this album is a lot darker -- it makes the music more exciting.

I had the honor of attending her Blue Lips album release party (and I almost met her too ugh)

It made the album all the more amazing to me.

Kesha

Rainbow

4ih8ab.jpg

Kesha's long awaited return to the music scene was definitely worth the wait.

I'm so thrilled that she finally released an album this year.

I love much growth this album portrays and how she seems really passionate about it.

It's more mature and country/pop rock yet still has that Kesha charm I've always loved.

This album was robbed of a AOTY grammy nom tbh.

Taylor Swift

Reputation

2uelp8l.jpg

Honestly, I always love anything that Taylor releases.

I was so beyond ready for a new album and boy did she deliver.

I was a little nervous at first cuz some of the songs weren't as instant.

After a few complete listens, my soul was slayed.

She truly delivered an amazingly unique (and dark) pop album.

This honestly would've been my #1 album if it came out earlier in 2017.

Dua Lipa

Dua Lipa

I'm such a fool for getting into Queen Dua so late.

This album was released in June and it took me until August to become obsessed with it.

I think this is an amazing debut album full of fantastic bops.

She has such a unique voice that really captivates me.

Seeing her perform these songs live was life changing.

I wish her nothing but loads of success.

I wasn't that blown away by Miley's new album tbh.

This was definitely my favorite album track from the record.

Very catchy.

Hall & Oates

You Make My Dreams

Definitely an oldie (this is from 1981 lol).

There's something so fun and uplifting about this song.

A cute lil 80s bop.

Relient K

Be My Escape

Another older song (this countdown is chock full of 'em).

There's something so pop punk about this song and I absolutely love it.

Not really sure how I re-discovered it, but I'm glad I did.

I definitely jammed to this a lot this year.

Jack's Mannequin

The Mixed Tape

I can thank the iconic One Tree Hill for showing me this gem.

I absolutely love everything about this song, it's just so amazing.

It almost makes me emotional sometimes.

I've been listening to this song for so long, and yet it's still one of my most played songs in 2017.

Bridgit Mendler & Devontée

Temperamental Love

Bridgit is just so amazing.

I'm so here for her new indie-pop sound; it suits her so well.

Underrated is in overstatement.

She deserves so much more!!

Katy Perry

Tsunami

Although, Katy's latest release 'Witness' was a let down -- it definitely has some bops!

I think this song is really good and catchy.

This should've been the second single, I could see it doing well with proper promotion.

Dua Lipa has been my queen of 2017.

This is just one of the many songs from her debut record that I've been obsessed with.

Another amazing song from Queen Bridgit.

Her music puts me in a such a good mood.

Willow Smith

Wait A Minute!

It honestly blows my mind that this is Willow Smith singing.

Her music has matured so much and it's honestly quite good.

This song knocks.

Kesha's latest release was honestly amazing.

I love how country this song is yet keeps an amazing pop hook.

Just a fun song, in general.

Hands down my favorite song off of Kelly's latest release.

There's something so captivating about this song -- I just love it so much.

Kelly can do no wrong.
